Xbox Live Username

MPN allows you to connect to various online gaming networks, like Xbox Live, and display your gaming card on your user profile. To do this, you will need to have an active Xbox Live account. If you do have one, you can enter your Xbox Live username in the field and your gamer card will automatically appear.
Don't have an account or are unsure if you do? Don't worry, just leave it blank for now. You can always add your Xbox Live username later through your account user panel once you have registered.
Playstation Network Username

MPN allows you to connect to various online gaming networks, like The Playstation Network, and display your gaming card on your user profile. To do this, you will need to have an active Playstation Network account. If you do have one, you can enter your PSN username in the field and your gamer card will automatically appear.
Don't have an account or are unsure if you do? Don't worry, just leave it blank for now. You can always add your PSN username later through your account user panel once you have registered.
Online Teams

This is for gamers who are currently participating in an online gaming team, also called a clan. If you are on a team, and they are registered at The Clan Database, you can select them from the list and request to be added to the team's roster. Once your team leader approves your request, you will be placed on your team's Clan Database page.
Can't find your team on the list or are you not currently on any teams? Simply select "I Do Not Want To Join Any At This Time" from the drop down menu. After you are registered, you can add your team to the Clan Database at anytime for free. Or you can always join another registered team later.
